hilarious end to this goose chase:
after discussing pricing with the tenants, tenant #2 coughs up the fact that he doesnt even use the stratagy voicemail, he's been using the telco VM all along (it picks up one ring earlier than our stratagy). After i setup the stratagy 2 years ago, i instructed him to cancel his telco VM and he never did. I even typed up customized usage instructions for everyone too.
ugh. headache for nothing.
thanks for everyone's help though.
