Hi Guys,

Hope all is well with you guys.

Have a quick question for anyone out there.

Have a CTX 100 with the Inskin Stratagy VM.

What is the proper way to assign one POTS line to ring into the Stragay with a specific VM Box #.

I can get the POTS line to be answered by the VM but cannot specify a Mailbox number. I have another mailbox configured on the Stratagy that has another menu system for another entity of the company. Call this mailbox 500.

I would like this POTS line to ring into the VM and the VM Answer with the 500 greeting and then from there I will make it ring a hunt group for the two phones.

I have assigned each Phone that will ring a Phantom DN and Secondary Message Key for Mailbox 500.

Anyone have any idea how to do this?

Create another phdn with VMID of 500. Point the CO line to the new phdn. CF-ALL (#6011) calls on this phdn to VM.

This will eat up a button, but its easy.

Set up a pilot DN, for FB 01 choose dilaing digits, for Alternate Destination, put the vm pilot number in there, and VMID put 500. Then point your POTS line to the pilot DN you just set up. Easy as that.
