Hello,
I would like to upgrade our CTX100 with ACTU1S to a new ACTU3A-S processor and probably also upgrade the software to the latest version (I guess it is 5.x). The upgrade is necessary to run an iES32 voicemail card.

Toshiba support here in Singapore is not existent.
They asked me to buy a whole new system and don't do processor upgrades or software updates. So I try to find my way around them and bought the processor card from US. I got emanager 4.12A13 and am a bit familiar with the system.

Anybody out there who can provide support? (of course paid).
I need to get the port licenses from the old cpu to the new, the new card as only 16 ports but the old one 32. I understand that those licenses can be moved over. I also would need the latest firmware file to upload to the cpu. And then there would be the task to get the settings over. I guess it is not possible to do a backup to SM card on the old cpu and restore to the new? Do I have to configure from scratch?

You will need E-Manger 5.1 to program the release 5 processor.

What release is your old software, you should be able to use your IES32.

Port Lics are movable, however, I do believe you need to send the old processor to Toshiba first to do it. They will not do this on the fly.

Only a Toshiba dealer would be able to do that for you. If your new processor came from the gray market, you may have issues with Toshiba.
