We are having issues reconfiguring voice mail extensions for new employees, and are hoping that somebody could help. We have two new employees using phones whose voice mail was set up by previous employees. Is there a manner in which we can keep the same extension, and just simply reset the password? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It would help to know what type of phone system and voicemail you are using.

The phones are all Toshiba model DKT3020, with Strata voice mail. Outside of this information, nobody is sure of the specififcs, and our vendor dissolved shortly after we purchased the system.

call into voice mail and log into your admin mailbox "999" and enter your pass code. After that follow Miss Toshiba's instructions.
