IES says not allowed to re-record instructional greeting (box 990)
according to box 999 box 990 isn't locked.
What am I missing? I hope to do this remotely. Thanks.

Does the Stratagy even give you the option to change the greeting? If not, the greeting may be locked. The only way to unlock it is through Stratagy Admin.

You can select greeting, press 2 to re-record, but when you go to save is when Stratagy says not allowed.
VM said box 990 not locked

Problem ended up being after someone reloaded the database the vox files somehow got set to read only.
