Greetings - Our phone system (CTX28) as of today decided not to ring. We can see the incoming calls on the phone but none of the phones rings. All our extensions are Toshiba DKT3210-SD. I have access to the eManager if I can try something there. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I guess first off I would check your Day/Night mode status. Is your system set to automatically switch between modes or do you do it manually?

It is setup to switch automatically. I will check on that but where and what should I look for? Can I do this using eManager? Thanks much.

Yes, you can do it through eManager.
Do you have a NIGHT key on any of the phones? If so, try changing the status of the NIGHT key, as RRino said.
You should really call your local certified Toshiba dealer and have them do a remote call, to see how your system is set up.
Even if you have them come out and give you a training on the basics of eManager... it will be well worth the hour or two of their labor.

Thank you both for the guidance. I will try the Night key which I remember on one of the phones. Thanks again.

I found the Night key on one of the phones. It was set to 1 - Primary Day Mode. I switched to 2 saved it. Then switched it back to 1 and everything is back to normal. Thanks to all who responded.
