jacksonf4 Member Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 84 South Elgin, IL	I want to create an option on the CCR tree (mailbox 991) so that if a user selects an option it will drop the call. I can't find anything in the manual...

You do know the done chain does this if nothing is dialed or no audio is detected. Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.

Anyway, send the caller to 999, either in the 1 digit menus or chain done, and they will get disconnected after a polite "Thank you for calling. Goodby". Chain done in 991 by default will send the caller to operator after saying "To speak to the operator, say yes after the tone". If there is no audio then the call will get be disconnected.
