I have a couple of DK's on hand that I'm wanting to initialize greetings, mailboxes, etc., and have gotten into the admin application but cannot find any option that would allow me to re-initialize the database. Anyone know how to do that?

first delete all user mailboxes.
then go to tools and option 5 plug and play..
select desired system, a good base would be cix100
and your good to go
