I also have a Contact DK. Is there a cable available out there that is required for programming? Looks like a S-Video connector??? And, does it program with the DK admin software, similar the the Stratagy?

No the contact DK is not a toshiba product it is a Teleco product, just program it through the phone

you can do a new install , which is like re-iniailizing (E-mail sent)

Yes, you can initialize the Contact DK and yes you can use the connector to do programming, but you must have the software, since it's proprietary.
