I'm using program 39 to enable * with the code 497 (Speed Dial Select(* key))

but still not working

I have run this option before succesfully, but today I cannot, any idea
what is cause this?

is this a digital phone or a electronic phone. If electronic you must also place a redial key on the phone code 496.

all you should need is a 497 (as you stated) in 39.

are you sure the programming took? (is the 497 there, when you log back in?)

does it work on any other phones on this system?

Check program 38 and make sure you have the correct number of buttons. Or it could be toll restriction.
