Question on a 280 customer has 4 door boxes with 4 door openers...1 of the doors keeps opening by itself? What coiuld cause that? Has anyone seen that before?

I would start bt checking the wiring , cable could have a short in it causing the door to open. How do they normally open the door??

Could be a short in the wiring or some cables frayed and then "touched" the other cable. (Sorry I don't know how to describe this)
How about opening the DDCB and then look at the "NO" or "NC" jumpers as well?

There is also a power source to the actual door opener/activator at the door itself and some of the times the power is lost, it's usually a transformer, at the door activator. This maybe a electricians piece of the whole door opener issue. Or you could have a worn out or bad door activator. Try switching ports on your DDCB for a quick test.
