Hi Everyone, another of my customers has moved in to a new office and have taken over a CTX 100.. I have installed a copy of Emanager (ok so its v4) yet i cant see the system. I can ping the default IP. when i go to select Equipment - Strata CIX/CTX Network the system is not listed. They wont take out a support contract with anyone to do it, so its left to me. Can anyone give me some pointers please?
Thanks
Ryan

You likely have to add the equipment manually. When you open Emanager does it have a default CIX for you to select? Is the CTX100 on the default IP address?
Finally, are you connecting to the CTX100 directly or thru a hub/switch. If directly, you need a cross-over cable.

Once you create the equipment, you need to move it over in Classes setup.
The level of support you are asking for is normally beyond the scope of the open forum. If you do not have a local Toshiba dealer, please feel welcome to contact a Moderator for further off-board assistance.
Thanks you.
