I found a thread on this in your forum but no definitive answer.

Background:
System - Toshiba Strategy ES CIX/CTX Phone System
OS - Windows 2000 Server SP4
Toshiba Manager - Strata eManager 4.00

My original issue had to do with a blank web page displayed when firing up eManager. This was fine previously but all of a sudden the blank web page came up. I would uninstall eManager and the MSDE database reinstall but after a day or so, usually after a reboot, the problem emerged again.

I finally found a MSKB note on this (https://support.microsoft.com/kb/297989) and after expecting the VBScript Synciwam.vbs as instructed, I was able to get back into eManager.

However, now when I attempt to connect to my equipment I get the WBEM_E_Access_Denied error. I don't want to have to go through re-installing this again so any advice.

P.S. I found the SNMP service was not running on the server at the time of these issues. Should it be?

This is a database root problem.I've seen it before where the installer (you) will have to access the SQL database that emanager installs and puts in the credentials manually. I saw this at a location where the IT department locked down each PC like a chastity belt on Mother Theresa.

The only OS that support eManager are XP and Vista although I myself and others have gotten it to run on others. Win2000 server is not one that I personally know of being capable of supporting eManager. That being said, I feel your pain. eManager can really be a PITA when it doesn't work.

I've never tried to install it on anything other than XP, Vista and once on Server2K3 (which we never got working), so I am very interested in the answer as well... just for the ol' knowledge base wink
