I have using ultimate call accounting to run reports by employee's extension numbers.
I like to know how do i run the report that capture data by each employee "DID".

Set the phone system for DNIS priority. That number is captured in the 'ACCOUNT' field. Then sort your records in Ultimate by DNIS number
