I have a customer that has a Toshiba cix system and is having a problem and there vender can't seem to help them. I maintain all their other systems and I’m trying to help them as much as I can.
The question is, they have a cix with a pri and they are getting a great deal of echo on this system. Is there any card or external piece of equipment that can help or solve this issue? Or is it just a software issue.
Please note that my only experience with Toshiba systems dates back quite a while.
Any comments would be helpful

Do you know what level of software they are on? Is there a CSU/DSU hooked up to the PRI?

Thanks for the comments, ok so now my next questions are, will a csu/dsu help to equalize the echo? Can any one tell me what brand and/or model number csu/dsu to use?

Although you should use a csu, I don't think this is the cause. Do they have IP phones? Have you gone onsite and tested? Is it happening to all sets? Does it happen on single-line phones? Is it only on dkt sets? Is it too much sidetone and not really echo? Could also be that telco is using IP or a softswitch.
