i have a dk280 system and when i tried to make a blind transfer the system is in silence while the call is answare i get no ringback or moh. i have tried to use de 10-2 led 5 on and off and i don't get any ringback. This occur when my teleco voicemail make the trasnfer (the system always make blind trasfers) and also when the operator does the transfer. I don't know how to check the release software i use program 00 and i get RAA3X5L, witch is a release 3 version, but i don't know if is 3.2
Any suggestions?

The MOH probably isn't working or you need to turn the potentiometer located near the MOH plug. Turn on bgm on a dkt set and see (or hear) if the MOH is playing.

I do not think the ringback feature worked until rel 3.2 If you have 3.0 or 3.1 you will not get it. You will need to use the MOH.
AS phonemeister said check that you have music when on hold or in BGM.
