Hello All,
So, I need to change option 4 on our phone system which currently points to ext. 280 so that it points to ext. 233...
I have a Strata DK424I with a Stratagy VP system(V24.3.2/4.29) We have moved some departments around in the building and need to change which extension one of the automated attendant options points to. I have no clue how this was originally set up. I've looked on the current extensions keys via eManager to see if they had a PhDN or anything, I've checked the hunt groups and pretty much every other setting I could think of to check...
Does anyone know any other things I can check?!

Stratagy Admin programming...change the single digit routing

Stratagy Admin would be for a Flash or IVP. If he truely has an old Toshiba VP voice mail system, you would program it using hyperterm, procomm, or some other emulation software.

What does the stratagy look like (gray brick, desktop computer, inskin card?)

The numbers he shows for the version of his VM makes me think Stratagy24D not VP100.

He called me Wed. evening. He was able to change the S.D. routing with Stratagy Admin. Problem solved.
