I've been in the phone biz for 28 years and have worked on plenty of Toshiba systems (starting with the "1A2" type, I forget the name and the old Strata III but I have never installed a PRI on one. We are mostly a Nortel shop and have plenty of PRIs on Norstars and BCMs.
I do maintain a DK424 as a favor for my church and we have just upgraded them from a T1 to a PRI. I used a RPTU1 card and they are running software version RCA4XAW.
The PRI is working great on incoming and outgoing calls. The only problem is that the phones will not display CID info. I have verified with the provider that they are sending number only and I have entered "mode 61". The display reads DN:"PhDN" but nothng else, no matter what softkey I press.
I have incoming CID turned on for the PRI (prog. 6-something LED 1)
Anyone have any ideas?

when you say not showing caller id info do you mean name and number, because you want to have only number sent to you by the telco if text is sent you will have problems

Prog. 17 led 6 on. Sets display priority to ANI instead of DNIS.
