Can someone please provide assistance on how to record system greeting for Strata DK280?

Need to know what VM system. IF its a Stratagy, the main greetings are in MB 990 and 991.

I'm going to piggy back on this issue, as I have a similar issue.

We've had a Toshiba installed with VM. The instructions that we were given to record the system greetings on 990 and 991 work fine. However, the greeting on 991 gives a menu, as in "for worship times press 1, for other times press 2, etc).

The instructions we have say that we can access these underlying system greetings thru MB 991, but we've tried and cannot seem to access these recordings.

I've tried searching the web for instructions but I've not found anything to assist in accessing and changing these messages.

I appreciate any assistance you can give.

So, when you log into mailbox 991 have you listened to all 7 greetings? It might be a mailbox other than 991.

Do you have the Stratagy Admin software or is the Stratagy a PC with a Monitor and keyboard? I think what your looking for is the mailboxes used when a single digit dial has been used. But without access to the voicemail you not going to know what mailbox the 1 or 2 are going too.
