HELP ME
I have a Toshiba DX 280 System w/ Amanda Portal Voicemail
When I dial the extension... rings 3 times.. forwards to Amanda....All works good
If I dial the "Personal Line" that is programmed on his phone, it just rings and rings..... never forwards
WHAT am I missing...... on the Toshiba side :bang:

Check that his personal line is programmed to ring his extn only, if others are programmed then it will not forward.

Not sure what the string is for amanada but I think you need to press the private line key then
Int. #656 91 [extn] redial
Int. #657 92 [extn] redial

Is there a procedure that looks for all the stations that have line 035 programmed on it or do i have to check each port

If you want the call to foward to voicemail you should check program 81. You can use a range to set or unset ringing.

In program 39 find out what co line number the private line is, then go to program 81 and make sure that this station is the only one set to ring that line. This is just a longer version of Moggey's post
