I am trying to work on a ctx 100 but I can't load the e manager. I have xp on 1 laptop and vista on the other but both want IIS to be loaded. I have loaded it on the Vista machine and still cannot get e manager to run. Does anyone have a copy of winadmin I could try?

You are better off with eManager as it is backward compatible with the CTX software versions. Make sure that your laptop is not part of a domain. Where exactly are you getting stuck?

When I start the install a screen pops up saying that the IIS file cannot be found. It then gives me directions for loading the file from the windows install disk. I have loaded the files and still no luck.

When it asks for the install disk, are you directing it to the i386 file?

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you. I have been swamped.
I finally managed today to get it installed but the default password doesn't work.Is there something I am missing about the login?

The user name on emanager is case sensitive.
