Ok, after a long power outage. My friends phone system is acting funny. The MSG button doesn't work right. When I press it I get "invalid etnry" and then the auto attendant plays..I press * to get messages everything is fine. I powered down the system and powered it back up. Now the MSG button goes directly to the auto attendant, but the MSG light blinks with no messages. Help...is it the voicemail or the processor. I don't know much about the Toshiba systems at all....only to use intercom #409 speaker. to shut lights off but that doesn't fix the issue.. HELP!!!! HELP!!!

If the voicemail uses SMDI integration, it sounds like it lost the intregration to the processor. Your request goes beyond the scope of typical end user support in the open forum.

My recommendation is to call a certified tech to the site. It will be money well spent.

Now available Voicemail Programmer Kit to program your Toshiba Voice Mail across your network.

Sounds like a simple integration problem you are calling voice mail but the phone is sending the wrong digits to it. Do you have emanager installed make sure the extension is in 19 VMID code under station--> assignments. I am assuming you tried rebooting the system. IS it SMDI or dtmf smdi will have a 6 pin cable connected to the comm port
