All,
I am having problems with a CTX100 and dialing out. I have successfully created the T1 PRI card and added the clock source, d-channel and b-channels however, I am having a little problem with using LCR to route my calls. When I try to program the route to use I get error codes and am stuck. I have gone through each screen and verified all programming to no avail. Does anyone have any cheat sheets or steps as to how to set-up and program a the PRI T1 and LCR on the CTX100?

Make sure the incoming and outgoing line groups are correct. Also, make sure in LCR that you are using the correct routing.
example ILG=1 example OLG=1 Routing table=1 big step!
Also, go into public numbering plan and make sure you are set to dial the appropriate digits ie... 7 or 10 digits for local and 11 for long distance.

Another thing you can do is if the PRI is the only trunk source, and you don't need LCR, make 9 grab the OLG assigned to the PRI.

Rebooted the system and then went and added the "9" to use LCR and all is fine. Not sure why no other codes are listed. -Mark

I had this problem one time. I had to do a backup of the system to the SD card and the initialize the system to get the flexible access codes back.
