The IT Department here is consolidating a number of servers down to a few Boxes Running 3-8 Servers each in Virtualization.
They have asked me to find out if we could Virtualize the Toshiba StrataMAS server on one of the Virtual server boxes.
Any thoughts?

What all are you running on the MAS? If you are using it for fax and have a fax board in there, you will want to consider that.

You should really be asking Toshiba this question. My first inclination is that they will say "you can try it but we will not support it" which leaves you in a predicament.
