What i have is a customer who has a pri with it's main DID in DAY1 directed to 500 then hunts to 502....507. In DAY2 is directed to 501 phdn and somehow rings over paging. They would like the rest of the phdn's to do the same. I did not install the pri or do any of the programing. I have look thru out the programing and cannot find out how and Toshiba Tech support doesn't know either.

Is there a PI-DKT somewhere in the phone room? If there is one then most likely the PhDN is programmed to ring on that DKT port which in turn will ring over page.

Or an slt port to a device that converts ring voltage to page output like a Viking unit? To find out, find the owner of PhDN 501 and look at the display to find what DN it's forwarded to.

Are you sure they don't have a PI-DKT or a dkt set with its speakers wired to the paging? What provides the paging? A PIOU, PEPU, etc?

I thought about those program numbers too Bob, but he did say Day2 and not Night mode. And you can't delay ring in those programs so I'm thinking it's done in another way.

I believe he would use 71-2 addressed as #039.
