All:
This is my first time configuring my environment for IP phones. When I configure my phone i get a message on the display that says "StationID unmatch".
I also get this message when trying to program the station within emanager.
"IPT is not registered in the system"
Thoughts?
I have a Strata CIX/CTX V.ARS 3.10

They are both set to "do not care", but it still doesn't work and the IP address on the phone doesn't get displayed in the IP address field. I can ping both devices...phone and card..

Can you ping the IPU address from the phone? How are you setting up the phones, DHCP or static address? Are the IPT's offsite? Also, do you have the IPT's programmed correctly? If these phones are connected to a BIPU they must be set up as IPT_B. If they are connected to and L/MIPU, they must be set up as IPT_L.

Are the IPT's offsite? No, they're in the same building.
Also, do you have the IPT's programmed correctly? If these phones are connected to a BIPU they must be set up as IPT_B. If they are connected to and L/MIPU, they must be set up as IPT_L.
it's set to IPT_L - the card is an LIPU-X

I seem to remember once a long while back about having a network with different subnets. Just a shot in the dark!
