could someone help me in enabling the logging facility with emanager version 4.12. I would like to be able to access any logs in regards to troubleshooting our Toshiba PBX. Within emanager there is "Utilities" - "Maintenence" - "System Admin Log" & "Event Trace Control". Both have a current function of "Start" - how do I view the logs?
thanks!.

Hi Culleen these traces are designed so that once a trace has been done you then need to send it it Toshiba R & D for investigation, as RRino has asked what is the problem you are trying to troubleshoot ?

There is a program call eMonitor to trap alarms. It comes pre-installed on the MAS. You need the software runing on an extenal PC and when the Toshiba gets an alarm, it will log in in the eMonitor program.
I tried to get it running once, but it didn't seem to work correctly.
