Hello,
I have a customer who answers calls mainly on 2 extensions (10 and 11). Let's say extension 10 is on line 1, and line 2 calls in. Instead of getting a stutter beeping indicating another call, the line just flashes. Extension 11 is having the same problem. If the phone is idle, calls ring in fine.
I went into program 81 and verified all 4 lines are set to immediate ring and also checked program 39 to make sure the lines were programmed on the correct buttons. I should note that if extension 10 is on line 1, and a call comes in on line 2, extension 11 will ring and vice versa. Any ideas?

Check prog. 31 led 11(busy override-continuous) and
prog. *34 led 01(Camp-on Tone to standard telephone, DKT, or EKT handset/Spkr)
make sure they are on.
