Hi, All
In CTX,
While the phones are busy, some phones are ringing by intercom or outside calls, some phones are not ringing and just giving busy sound.
how do I ring the busy stations?

Sounds like some of your phones are set up differently than the others. Some may have multiple DN set-ups which allows the phone to recieve multiple calls. On the phones that give the busy, you can enable camp-on which works just like call-waiting on your home phone. This is something that should be handled by a certified installer or someone who is very familiar with programming the CTX.
