I have a customer that wants to forward an ext to an external number using the int # 6011+ 9(outside line)+destination number#. The customer has the AA answer all calls. The voicemail box is set up, but when the ext is selected in the greeting instead of forwarding the call externally, the greeting plays again. Any sugestions please.. Again thank you in advance!!!

Put an H at the end of the extension field in the voice mail.
See if that helps.

Can you verify that 9 is used to pick an available outside line? Either through LCR or it could be programmed in flexible access codes to pick a certain OLG or pooled line group.

cix noob,
Are you aware that you can program just one button as a cf-all button? It works as a toggle so push it once, your calls are forwarded, push it again and it cancels the forward. Takes up only one button.
