I'm looking for a clear handset. Like the desktop style of the 60's (forgive my ignorance on the correct names) Really I only need a clear mouthpiece. Any suggestions?

Searching for "clear phone" or "clear handset" will probably lead you to manufacturer's claims about clarity rather than color. Consider using the term "translucent" in your search.

That being said, take a look at this item , which is available from a site that specializes in custom phones. Choose semi-transparent blue, semi-transparent pink or clear from the pulldown menu. I also found an old English rotary-dial phone with clear plastics over here , which is pretty cool too (scroll down about 4/5th of the page). Here is a closer look.

Are you talking about 'clear' as in clarity or color?

I think "transparent" as in you can see the innards of the telephone and handset.

After I made the post I realized their might be some confusion.
What I am looking for is a clear, colorless, transparent handset for the desk phone like dagwoodsystems linked to.
Im really just looking for the mouthpiece.
Any parts sources on this?

BTW Thanks for the replies!
