Some PRI providers only send the BTN (bill to number), but then charge you to pass more numbers. Most have backed off of that as of late. Make sure the carrier is allowing you the ability to send numbers. It is a simple program change on their system. Also, go ahead and fill out all the info under calling number that Travis pointed out.

thank you everything, its working fine now. I put to much info in the first program; where i should of just put the area code. i put the area code, prefix, and the first "0" as the provider is sending 4 digits.
just put the area code there and followed newtecky and RRino's instructions and all is well now. thank you very much to everyone. I love this forum :toast:
