In e-manager, in the 'Key' tab for a station, how do I setup one of the buttons to transfer directly to someones voice mail?

For instance, someone calls our main number, secretary answers and the person asks to be transferred to Tom Smith (ext. 12). Tom is not here, so the secretary wants to transfer the call directly to Tom Smiths voicemail.

Program a One Touch Key, then put CNF#407 on it. Make sure you have the correct settings in the Voice Mail Data program

So I programmed that key now. So what would the process be for the secretary. Call comes in (she answers, caller wants to talk to peros who is not here, she offers to transfer to VM), she presses the one touch key and puts in the voice mail extension and hangs up?

The VM ext plus the "#" key.
