Recently install a CIX100 in a crisis center and they would like to get the DNIS name and caller id info on the display, system data choices for display pref is DNIS or Caller ID. I explain they can press the page button under the display but they do not want to press any buttons, want to see DNIS name when ringing and caller id when answered. Any advice

According to FYI article 1741 - have 105/19 set to CID and 103/42 set to enable.
To your credit, I have always set it up the same as you and told the customer to press the PAGE key too.
