New to position with Toshiba ekt6520 system / DK56 setup. It appears there is a speed dial and redial button already programmed on the handset...but not 100% sure that is the case. All I want to do is is simply get the necessary steps to program speed dial buttons on the handset / or globally if needed. Nobody knows anything about this system (including me)! There are no manuals to be found either. Any help or direction is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

There is a link above for manuals. It should have programming and user guide info in it. Toshiba programming is certainly not a walk in the park and the program Vad mentioned is system programming not user guide .
The assignment of personal speed dials 10-49 is in the user guide.
The system you have is very old and sets even older 1980's
You may want to contact a local Toshiba dealer .

I'll give it a try....been awhile.
Edited for not conforming to forum rules.
Then give it a try. The system is a dinosaur and you wont have much luck finding literature on it, might get lucky and find a programming guide near the system, almost all dealers left one with each system.
Good Luck.
