What kind of lines do you have? do the lines, or pool keys appear on the phone? While the user is on the phone are they using the Intercom key?

Nope, the user isn't using the Intercom key. Nope, she doesn't have any pooled keys.

I went to the DKT tab, and 31 is set to "line".

you mentioned that you programmed this like another extension taht works fine, is that corect? For some reason this won't work for that person you tried with. Try blowing out the port and redo programming from scratch.

Is she set for tone first or voice first in program 204?

like don said, just delete the ext. and rebuild it (and only use the copy feature for the system wide features.

then build it up from scratch from that point. I would also delete and rebuild the V/M for that ext. as well just to be sure. Sometimes its faster just to rebuild it instead of troubleshooting it.

Try dialling #620 on the extn this will disable the cf template if one has been set #621 will activate the template.

Okay, the #620 didn't help.

Stupid question - how do I totally delete the ext and rebuild it?
