Have customer with a major dk424 installation using 5 expansion cabinets. All systems are good with exception of two extensions (2014 and 2015) which are working as needed and have voice mail boxes configured and accessible however neither extension will pick up to voice mail on no answer or busy when dialed internally from another extension. They ring indefinitely.
Neither of these extensions have been used until now since initial install.
I have little experience with toshiba systems. Work mainly on Avaya, Panasonic, and Meridian systems.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Thanks much for any assitance provide.

Set call forward on these two phones
#604 xxxx Speed dial Redial
xxxx= lead number of voice mail
If they go to the main greeting of voice mail instead of the users mail box you will also need these two entries
#65691yyyy redial #65791yyyy redial
yyyy= dn of the box number

When I press the speed dial button I get an immediate busy tone and the programming of call forward doesn't take. On site right now. Any ideas?

Are these digital or analog extensions ? If digital press intercom then #604 , VM pilot number or first port of VM /16(equals about 4 rings)/redial .

Well damn. I can enter the INT #604. Asks for "Call forward to" I enter the vm id (which in this case is same as ext) After this no other key is allowed (including "redial") accept the speed dial key which gives an immediate fast busy. Redial does not register during this sequence.

First do not enter VM ID(which in this case is same as ext) , you need to enter the distibuted hunt group # or the first port of VM , make sure the speed dial key is actually programed as a speed dial key or try * instead of speed dial

OK. This is a legacy system which was installed years ago by an outfit that is now defunct. The system configuration went with them. I have been asked to address this particular extension issue because I service other systems. Voice mail access is through 7777. Is there a way to determine the vm ID (or is the 7777 it) from the digital phone?
I should add that I have been working through the extension in question. Shoud I be using the main admin extension?
Thanks much for any assitance provide.
