OK... Played a hunch and entered the 7777 as the vm id. The speed dial button worked and also allowed the 16 and redial to be used after which I then got the "programmed" msg. Not sure but will this not roll the caller into main attendent greeting. Testing now.

At the station, press INT, dial #604+7777+SPD+SS+Redial. #604 is a busy/no-answer, #603 is a no-answer forward. SS is the number of seconds to ring before call forwarding. It's in the user manual. Try to get one if you're going to be working on it.

Working on retrieving the manual as we chat. Pretty sure I'm going to be servicing this in the future.
Phone does roll to proper vm on the 5th ring on both no answer and busy condition.
