SSPhone .I always start with the basics first, Yes it may be dead and buried but if no housekeeping has been performed on the flash it could just be full who knows. You maybe correct if thats the case then a replacement will be needed but I have had it happen before and I dare say it will happen again.We wont know for sure until Dangmoss goes to site.

I rebooted the VM not the phone switch, yes

OK I rebooted it all, nada...

if I unplug the analog ports the lights go out

if i have hyperterminal watching the serial ports, and power it up I see nada

on the flash its 57600 baud

ya I tried that speed tooo...

I dont see anything not even garbage
