I have a CIX670 with IPT 2010-SD phones.
I also have one particular user who constantly complains that his calls are not going through. If he slows down his dialing he can avoid the "The number you are calling cannot be reached as dialed" message.
I have verified that he is dialing the correct number and he can recreate the problem with at least a handful of different numbers throughout the U.S.
Short of simply requiring him to slow down (something most of corporate America is usually reluctant to do) is there anything I can do to "adjust" the system to accommodate his "speed-dialing"?
Thanx in advance!!
Michael

Hi Michael, welcome to the board!
1. Is the IP2010 at a remote site, or local?
2. Can they use a stored SD without issue?

Check program 117(public numbering plan)
Make sure 1NXX is set to "11" and NXX is set to "10"
Also, try adjusting program 104 fb18. If it's set to 80ms, try it at 160ms and vice-versa.
