Trying to figure this one out.
I have a client that we are supporting on the Network side. They have a Toshiba Strata DK424 with a PRI card. I'm not familiar with this phone system, but I am knowledgeable of other systems. We are switching them from an AT&T PRI to a PRI provided by Cbeyond. Is there anything I need to change to make this conversion happen?
Quick background: Their old phone system provider is no longer in business so if I can handle this I do not plan on finding another company. If it goes above my head I will.
Thanks for the advice.

If they are getting the same amount of B channels then you shoulsn't have to change anything , as log as the DID's are he same . Make sure they provider isn't sending name and number on CLID , the 424 will only accept number or name not BOTH .

Yes, 23B and 1 D
Make sure they are sending you the same amount of digits for the DID's as well as everything that Steve said.

The only other thing that I could add is what type of CO switch the Toshiba is connected to. I could be wrong here, but from what I've seen Toshiba systems are EXTREMELY forgiving! By that I mean that I have seen systems installed with incorrect settings regarding CO switch type/Ni1/Ni2 etc that work, but in short order problems occur unless they are matched up the right way. Not trying to be paranoid here, just make sure the settings match up...
