Sorry, my setting is 3. I want the caller id to be in the email address instead of unknown. I am getting unknown all the time regardless if there is caller id, which will display on the lcd.

Do you have access to eMamanger for the phone system?

Try looking in Prg 579, System Voice mail data, under FB 18 SMDI call ID packet. Set to enable.

Do you get the CallerID to the MB level? (TUI)
Check Prg 579 FB04 should be enabled.

Much of the same I posted above;
system parameter called sys_play_caller_id was added to release 4.617 software.

Stratagy ES v4.617 and higher.
Stratagy iES16/32 V4.617 and higher.


A) If you want caller ID to play in front of the message and show in softkey display, but not in Unified Messaging set it to 1.
B) If you want caller ID to show in the softkey display and in Unified Messaging, but not play in front of the message set it to 2.
C) Default setting is 3 with Caller ID set for all.
D) If you want caller ID to only show in Unified Messaging envelope set it to 4.
E) If you want caller ID to only show in Softkeys display set it to 5.
F) Set it to 6 to turn off caller ID for all.
