How do I disable call waiting on this system? (Not just call waiting tones)

Call waiting is a service that comes from your provider. Call them and have them disable that feature. If you have more than one line, you will want them to put your lines into a hunt group so that when line 1 is busy, it rolls to line 2, etc.

Can a service carrier provider add call waiting to a DID number thats on a PRI?

Hi Scott,
That would be done by your inside vendor adding a second intercom to a phone and making a hunt group, or by adding a camp-on for that single PDN. In theory, the DID can be part of a group that rings on every PDN and multiple SDN/PhDN's in the building... so you would only be limited to as many channels as you have on your PRI(s).
