I've an issue that boggles me and whatever I try I just can't seem to get going.
Our outside sales reps all have Blackberry, and their land line extensions all are set to call forward on their Blackberry on Busy or No answer. All exept for this ONE extension.
No matter what I try, it's just not working. I started off by assigning his DND on the phone (through CTX), then asked the user to #6041 > %phone number% > #. No go, fast busy signal.
I set his DND button as CF-All through CTX, fast busy signal.
I compared all the settings of his extension to another one that works, everything is the same.
I'm really puzzled on this one now. Anyone got an idea?
Phone: DKT-3220-R CTX: Strata-CIX 100
If any more details are needed, let me know.

delete and re-create (as mentioned) - then try manual forwarding (with "9" or "8" or whatever access code you use..
are the others manually forwarded or do they use a toggle CF-A?

Also try #6051 and #6053 before the #6041.

Thanks for the replies. TadiranTechTexas: Where would I find the Class of Service? I'm a computer tech guy, not a phone tech guy Voyager: Yep. The "9" is put in before the number to forward the call to. stew1213: Trying to avoid this as much as I can, but that may be the bottomline solution. MacOSX: All other Reps use a toggle as well. phonemeister: Will do and advise. Civic holiday today in Canada, will work on it tomorrow.

Looking at the setup, and the User Manual, I've determined that all Reps are using the same COS, which is defined in the SYSTEM > CLASS OF SERVICE menu item.
