The PBX is a CTX 670 running firmware Version AR5.20 MT009.00.

I have four voicemail ports configured to send call control via inband/dtmf. End to End is enabled on each of these ports.

The ports are in a huntgroup. When I call, Voicemail picks up, and integration is working. However, the voicemail does not respond to DTMF keypresses from my digital DKT stations. If I call voicemail from an analog station, DTMF works.

Since integration is functioning, I know the PBX is capable of sending DTMF to the Voicemail. Analog stations are sending DTMF just fine. Clearly the issue is that my digital sets are not sending DTMF to voicemail. When I call an outside number (trunk) from a digital set, it sends DTMF fine.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure this one out. My understanding is that if "end to end" is configured for each of my voicemail ports this enables the PBX to send DTMF to voicemail in response to key presses from digital sets. However, it isnt working!

Does anyone have any thoughts or input? I've left the voicemail version, etc out of the picture because it is irrelvant as far as I can tell. If I can get the digital stations to send DTMF through these VM ports, all will be good.

MT009 had some issues with integrating with VM. Try disabling End to End on all VM ports in Prg 580 FB04
Than get out of Prg 580, Now go back to 580 and re-enable Prg 580 FB04 for all VM ports. > Test
Try deleting and rebuilding one of the sets that can not send DTMF to the VM > Test.
Backup and Initialize the system, reload the db > Test.
If this fails, upgrade the software (CIX).
