I have a customer with a CIX670, running two PRIs and two external MIPUs. I have configured 2 WIP5000 phones on one of the MIPUs (software 01_24) and neither of them can dial 800,866,877 numbers. We have no LCR setup at all and the numbers work from IP phones on the same card using the same OLG.

I setup a WIP5000 in my office on our CIX200 with a MIPU running the same software and it worked for 2 calls before stating the same thing (Unavailable).

Any ideas?

Update-

If I change the codec to G.711 it seems to work 90% of the time.

I still get the error occasionally, but this is much more manageable
