customer picked up a ctx100.
Have E Manager 4.0
open software, browser opens, input ip, no connection. I can ping CTX.
Am I missing a trick?

There should have been a error, what was it?
Second, you need to setup the customer before connecting, did you do that?

The community name may have been changed? If you're starting from scratch, reset the CTX either through phone programming or battery jumper.
