I have an MCK Extender and Gateway on a Toshiba 424 on the same network. They can ping each other but show nc on the extender on all ports. The router is wide open out of the box defaults.

Look at the port status on the unit. Are they flickering green? If so, it's most likely a wiring issue. Double check your wiring. Take a dkt directly to the punch block to test.

Thanks Phonemeister but the Gateway is solid green on 8 ports and the extender is flashing green. I get the power beep on any dkt phone I connect off of the extender but no connect and mod end any pair off of the 25 pair coming out of the extender. Am I missing something???

Is this a new install? Are the units new?
