Is there a way to call back a person who just called you? Say ext. 2000 just called me. Can I enter a code or button that would call 2000 back?

If when 2000 called you if they would have pressed the MSG softkey in the display it would have turned your message light on and you can press the MSG lite to return the call

If you had Netphone you could look at the call history.

Unless that feature is disabled, like all my installs that include a voicemail.

Here's my dilemma:

At a high school I have an off-hook Ring Down set on my stations of 5 seconds. It rings a MCG in the office with a distinctive ring. They then answer and ask if there's an emergency in the room. If no one responds, then they use our paging system to page the room.

Our paging system is accessed by dialing #8 then waiting for a dialtone, then dialing # + extension. The extension in the paging system corresponds to the extension in the Toshiba CIX670.

If I could "call back" the extension with a leading "#8-#" token or by using a button for the OLG #8 is assigned to, then hit redial, I would be ecstatic.

Maybe another solution would be better for this situation? If anyone has suggestions, it would be very appreciated.

Thanks.
