I have two extension that I would like to flip-flop the voicemail box around. However the message light and the display does not seem to be working correctly. There must be some step that I am missing.
On the two extensions (3301 and 3352) which both had corresponding mailbox numbers. In emanager I switched the VMID code, and in Stratagy 4.705 and I switched the Extension to match on the voicemail box.
Is there another step that I need to do? Or is it possible to just copy all the different greetings and messages over to another voicemail box?
This is on a CIX670.

That sounds like alot of work. Why not just flip/flip the 2 extensions, then all station programming follows.
